Hi. I was thinking about starting a home inspection service but I am not sure if there is any way not to be personally liable if somebody wants to sue etc... I was reading about Errors and Omission insurance as well as setting up a limited liability company, but I am not sure how would that work in this case. Thanks.

Erros & Omissions insurance protects the customer if you make an error or an omission during a home inspection. It allows them to recover what was lost because of your error. Get quotes for about $1M.
