A neighbor behind me has a number of large trees that shed their leaves into my yard. Besides the mess they cause, they are staining my concrete and the plaster in my pool. I haven't approached this neighbor yet as I don't know what my legal rights are. I plan on replastering my pool next year and don't want this staining to continue. Does anyone know my legal rights or do I just have to make an insurance claim if this happens again?
