What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Tennessee

We got a letter from our insurance agent notifing us that we would not be renewed. We had a fire this past january and a small out side fire 2 years ago that caught the siding on fire
( about 800. dollars damage ) they also said we called about 2 other claims that they did nothing about no loss on there part,
we now have 4 claims on our record in the last 4 years, because of the way state farm records there claims no one will even talk to us. Can anyone tell us where we can get insurance so we don't have to sell our house that we have lived in for the past 17 years? any help would be appreciated

See if your state has a "joint underwriter's association" that can write you or if your mortgage company can help you. Also NEVER talk to a claim's dept until you have spoken with your ins agent and found out what filing claims can do to your insurance. In the past yr most companies have lost their a$$es on claims and are very picky when it comes to renewing policies.

Be warned though, if your state does have such a plan you will probably pay way way way more than you were paying before.

Good luck!
