What is the name of your state? New York

My parents and aunt and uncle jointly purchased a two family home back in 1969. They are all retired and getting up in age and none of them has a living will or trust. My cousin still lives with my aunt and uncle and he can be very antisocial and irrational at times and my aunt and uncle and my parents fear him. My parents are determined to not sell the house because they have nowhere to go. Basically no one wants to sell but my concern is that when all original owners pass on, will I be forced to deal with my cousin as a coowner of the property? He is uneducated and cannot afford to even pay the taxes. Can I force him to sell? If my parents pass on first, can my aunt and uncle will the property over to my cousin and make him sole owner? I know this is complicated but I need some directions. Thanks.

Tell us EXACTLY how the deed is worded as far as ownership.

And put it in the real estate forum.
