A friend of mine's house is in her husbands name. The house was sold to her husband for $10.00 by his parents 7 years after they were married. Her name is not on the deed. Does she have any right to the home. We live in Texas.

Not unless he converts the property to Community Property. Absent him doing that, the property will remain separate property.
