My home warranty is trying to double charge me for one service call. About a month ago, we contacted the warranty about our air unit. They came out, checked the system, siting that the capacitor was broken. I paid the required deductible ($125.00) and they left to order the part and get the companies approval. Two weeks later they finally come back out to fix it only to inform is that the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. They did not fix the capacitor. Another week later, they take our unit (without is signing any documents) to have fixed. They call us back yesterday to say that the unit is fixed, but we owe another $125.00 because it was another issue. I argued that this was all under the same work order which the $125.00 covered. They are stating that they fixed the capacitor, which covered the first $125.00 but the motor was under a whole different work order.
