i have a daughter and 2 grandchildren living with me in my home, the granddaughters father did some work in my home , he layed some tile, landscaping. I evicted him , the daughter and children remain. He now says and so does she, that they are going to have my home "red tag" what does that mean and what is my recourse? I live in Calif.
