If my neigborhood's homeowners associaation fails to enforce one of the restrictive covenants, for example letting people have out buildings when the covenant says they are not allowed, can they still force me to pay my annual dues? Can they still enforce other items of the covenant while ignoring violations of that particular one? I'm in Oklahoma. Thank You.
