I have lived in this Polk Cty, Florida community since 1993, always paying my quarterly Homeowner's Assoc. dues (roughly $400.00 per yr). I heard today that the association owes over $7000.00 in back taxes for the pool area and that the County is going to SELL the pool area in our community....is this possible? If so, what can we do about it? Does this mean that someone can start charging us to use the pool at the end of our street? Say it isn't so!
Thanks for any help, advice.
