What is the name of your state? WI.. We came home friday night and discovered our family room flooded, apparently from excess snow melting and rain. it appears it may have come in thru the foundation walls as landscaping around the back wall was sunken at the corner. we have an adjuster coming in soon but i was wondering if the insurance company would cover to have an addtional downspout put in for that area or would they say there should have been one there before? we have lived in the house for 6 years and never had a problem.

**A: it's possible but not probable.
