What is the name of your state? Nebraska
My husband physically assaulted me including breaking my spine. Is his homeowners insurance liable for the medical costs as it occured in his home?
The legal system is involved and he is awaiting a court date.
Thanks for any help.

probley not...your an insured just as he's an insured and you cant sue yourself....actually anyone who lives in your home for more than 48hrs in new york can be considered an insured
