Connecticut:
I live in Connecticut and have what I would consider to be a standard Homeowners insurance policy. There is an embankment on the side of my house, which has eroded from a major storm. Bowling ball size rocks could threaten damage to the house or to an individual if they come loose.
Will my Homeowners Ins. cover the repairs to this slope at this time, or in the future if there is a further drastic collapse of the slope?
If not, are there other Insurance policies or additions to policies that would cover incidents to a homeowner’s actual "land", in addition to their structure and personal property?
