Hi,
I am requesting assistance on behalf of a family of a victim in a disputed death case involving the death of:
MARK ANTHONY SHERMAN
he was found dead in Millville, NJ April 6, 1992, ... his toxicology was negative for drugs and alcohol...but this healthy 22 year old male was found 'stuffed' inside a pump house box at a trucking company; his body was burned almost beyond recognition. The medical examiner,Maypow, ruled his death accidental. M.P.D. investigating officer, FRANKEL, closed the case immediately.
His mother believes she knows who and has evidence to prove her son was murdered. For 2 years June Sherman spent thousands of dollars, contacted 3 police psychic investigators...but, local law enforcement and the prosecutors office consistently slammed doors in her face as she tried to get the case reopened or at least looked at.
Her son did have friends who and he himself may have been involved in some illegal activity. His death may have been caused by an illegal narcotics money dispute. But, this young man has been treated with prejudice and biased ideals in death by not having his death properly investigated. No one should be horribly murdered; no mother should have to suffer daily with the belief that her sons murderers got off scott free...that law enforcement officers, prosecutors and medical examiners did not care.
The 3 persons she believes to have murdered her son and their alleged accomplices are roaming the streets of my community.
I'm a friend of June Sherman, and have been looking at all the tools on line in hope of helping this woman get the information needed to have some honest seeker of justice look at this case. Can you assist or direct us to the proper supportive agencies?

I don't really know what to say or where to lead you for help. Of course, most of these things depends, to a degree, on how much money you have and are willing to spend on. You can of course go to attorneypages to find an attorney.

Stay away from psychics!!

Please tell me more about why they ruled it a suicide. Please spare me the comments on the reports. I just want to know the facts at this point. This may help me to help you.

This death is another very strange homicides that has been ruled a suicide. I urge the readers to get post questions or comments on this matter. For example, how would someone fold themself in half in a shed, light the shed interior on fire, and stay there in that position until death?

The same thing happened here in Ohio. In December 1992, my Uncle was murdered and set on fire in his car. The car was found before he could be burned beyond recognition. His case was ruled a homicide (still unsolved). However, about a month later, another burning car was found with a man inside of it (Berea, OH) (no this guy wasn't a relative I don't know his name either, but the circumstances were QUITE similar) but the coroner called it a suicide. I have the same questions you do about the rulings, why would someone choose one of the longest and most painful ways to die? Or are they being swept under the rug because they are not considered "model" citizens?
