What is the name of your state? WA

I purchased a new motorcycle from a dealer in PA, it is paid in full. Honda requires purchaser of new vehicle to be on site to sign and take possession of the vehicle, ie no fax etc.

What are my options?

Can't you just go to a local Honda dealership and sign the paperwork here and have them ship it to them, or pay the dealership here in some way and let them handle the transaction. This seems way too silly on Honda's part to be honest.

Just my 2 cents,
