I have come here to find out where I stand in taking my paided host to court. The other day they sent 3 emails for collection of my account. I did not recieve them until a day later. I surfed to my sites and found that the host was cashing in on my traffic and using my domain as a banner farm. with over 300 pages getting traffic that racks up at at 4 cent a blind or 11 cent a unq.

It had not even been 24 hrs goon by before I read my emails.
Sure my Traffic is 30,000+ new users a day and 60,000+ total hits a day. But that does not give them the right to abuse my name and my traffic that I created.

and about a week ago they said that my site had a server crash I did not loggon that day so I do know if they stole all that traffic also. But the night before the crash I was getting 6,000+ new users an hr and 10,000+ total hits an hr. I would have gotten about 500,000 new users that day and 1,000,000+ total hits for the day. That is why I fill that they may have done it that day also.

Anyone who can help me in this matter please do so. I need all the help I can get. I have never goon to court or had a reason to do so. But I fill violated as a Client of this host.

If your a web master and have read this and wish to learn how to get my type of traffic I can help you also.

Please E-mail me at [email protected] Please No JUNK Mail HERE. I don't beleave in spam and in return don't spam me. Thanks Club69

This is one where you may have a major claim for damages and injunctive relief.

From reading your email I can say you'd better get a lawyer to assist you if you want to stp this or get damages. And check the written contract VERY carefully too to make sure the fine print did not give them the right to do what you are complaining of.
