my ex-exployer gave my new employer a bad evauation this casue me not to get the salary and years of service . my ex-employer observed me the two years and never wrote me a bad evaluation. me ex-employer but together a plan iof action of how to get rid of me through the employee evazulation proces.

I am confused. Do you mean you had a new supervisor? Or you changed companies and got a bad reference from the old company.

Absent some illegal discrimination (on the grounds of race, age, color, sex, etc.) the boss doesn't have to keep you. That's not an illegal hostile enviornment.
