nevada-there are 5 bullies i work with. I have been with the company 26 years. i am now being told, by my shop steward, that i can be suspended & or terminated for continual problems with any of these individuals. how do i protect myself from this situation. 1 coworker told me to quit reporting altercations & writing voluntary statements, about the bully or bullies, walk away, and do not react. these individuals are constantly reacting on negative situations & using me as the scapegoat. i am reported to human resources, supervisors on duty, blamed, & abused verbally by 1 or all 5 of these bullies for situations. i am not going to quit. i need to know how to protect myself from being terminated or suspended due to their constant hostility & retaliation.

BULLIED AS A MEANS OF INTIMIDATION

Finally ,I am delighted that someone will stand up to their employer and take a position not to walk away. Quitting your job should be your lasted alternative. There are several options available and you should make it very clear that you will not tolerate this hostile work environment. Once you obtain the information posted to these individuals I'm sure you will have a better understanding of your rights in your workplace.
