If the house was used to cook meth, then it's very likely that the property has been damaged so extensively by the chemicals that it is unlivable as a dwelling. That's why it was condemned.
Depending on the extent of the damages, you (the owner) can probably repair all the damage to the property and restore it back to a non-hazardous condition which can be occupied once again. However, you might find that the property has been seized by the authorities and you no longer own it (seeing as you allowed it to be used for drug manufacturing).
You will need to check with the authorities that condemned the property to find out exactly what your options are.
