I was offered to live with my parents will the contigency that the house would be mine when they passed on. I have other siblings that may contest the fact that I was given the house. I have the deed and it is in my name. The deed states they have a right to live there until there death. My question is, when my parents pass on or have to be placed in a nursing home can my siblings contest the deed even though the deed is in "my name" now and I have already recorded the deed in the county I reside ? The state I live in is Texas if thats makes a difference.

They can contest it, but they would be very unlikely to win! The longer it continues the less likely anyone can win.
