My brother took over payments on our house and now it is being forclosed on. He refuses to pay for boarding while he is living there intil July. How can we remove him if he refuse to pay us anything

If you want the house you'll have to cure the default on the mortgage -- it is not a defense that he should have paid but didn't. Your brother appears to be a tenant that won't vacate -- an eviction could be ordered by a court. But this has gone so far that a lawyer's assistance will be needed.
