What is the name of your state? Missouri

My daughter is looking to buy a house. The house used to have a gas furnace, but when it went bad, it was replaced with a outside wood burning stove. At first the seller said it would stay with the house, but now they want to take it. My question is: By Law, does the seller have to provide some type of heat in the house before they can sell it.

**A: no, even in Alaska igloos are sold without heat. Your daughter would have to buy her own wood stove.
