NY.....I own my house and it is in my name only. There is me, my 3 year old and my husband living here. My husband has decided he wants to move his daughter, her boyfriend and their child-to-be in with us which I don't agree with. He said I have no input in the matter and if I don't like it, I can move out. What options do I have?

If you are married, then it doesn't matter who's name is on the title, its his house too, and can move new family in if he wants.

if you don't like it, file for a divorce and ask for exclusive use of the marital home.

then you have to evict SD BF and baby, because a divorce isn't fast, especially if there you cant agree to the division of property, interest, and debts.
