What is the name of your state? fl.and tenn.
how is that a person could have a felony warrant in fl. and no drivers license and get a valid dl in tenn. and warrant not show up?? do these states not communicate between each other or something ?? just curious as to what a commonwealth state is exactly and how the law differs ?? my girlfriend is trying to collect child support from her ex-husband who has the outstanding warrant in florida but lives in tenn., he's even got 2 dui's there and still has never been brought back to florida. seems like a big loophole to me. thanks
