What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ & CO

I am fighting with a schools Admission dept. on the below policy (From the web site) that they do not want to follow.
I have provided them with all the necessary documentation from my employer. NOTE: The School changed ownership which does not support this policy.

**Employer Reimbursement Tuition Deferment
If your employer offers Tuition Reimbursement and you meet the qualifications, " the School's" will defer your tuition payment for 30 days after your term ends. Talk to your company's Human Resources department to ensure you qualify.**

They have never provided me with their "qualifications"...

Do I have any legal option to force them to comply?

Can they change their policy at any time?

Would I be able to be grandfathered into this policy for my educational duration?

Thank you for any help & option.

Which they aren't going to do since the policy is no longer in effect.

No.

Can they change their policy at any time?

Would I be able to be grandfathered into this policy for my educational duration?
