What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas
I sold my RV to a norwegian citizen via an Ebay fixed price ad. He made me an offer I accepted and we negotiated delivery and some installation he wanted me to do. I did so, but the buyer failed to pay and says, he doesn't want it anymore.
What can I do? Can I do anything to make him stick to the contract or have him reimburse me for my loss?

The US courts would have no jurisdiction over him if he is IN Norway.
Report him to eBay - and perhaps consider selling your RV locally.

I did report him, but I am ticked off and would like to go after him. Have you ever heard about somebody doing that? How practical would it be to sue him in Norway or have I just lost it and should move on?

He's already screwed you once, why would you want anything more to do with him?

Revenge is a childish, self-destructive emotion. Move on.

**A: you are absolutely correct. Go to Norway asap and hunt him down. Then run him over with a used RV.
