Hi. I signed up with ACN Canada Long Distance Service so I could talk unlimited with my family for a low fee per month. Me and my family both paid this fee. Bell Canada which is the basic phone service company here called and said they had noticed we were using another long distance carrier and asked if we would like to try their long distance services instead. My roomate made it very clear that we were not interested. 2 weeks later Bell called again with the same question. This time it was me who told them again for the second time NO. On Friday June the 10th I got a bill from Bell with over $100 in long distance charges. I phoned ACN and they told me that Bell had informed them that I had authorized Bell to cancel my long distance service with ACN and switch to Bell. Basically they forged my authorization and lied. I have sent 2 angry E-Mails to Bell demanding proof of any recorded phone conversation or signature where I ever authorized this. They sent an automated reply E-Mail that said they would contact me within 48 hours and it has now been 3 days. Another problem I have is that the Bell phone bill is in my roomate's name and he doesn't want it to affect his credit. I am so angry I could sue Bell. I'd appreciate any legal options or advice you could help me with. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my question,
