What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

How can I file a VOP (violation of Probation) on my abuser? He has violated his probation as well as violating the "NO CONTACT" order I have, but NOT even his PO or the state's attorney is filing any charges! How can I bring the charges up myself? I have "TONS" of proof and witnesses to the fact. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I am in the process of trying to acquire an attorney, but that is like an act of congress. No one returns your calls and I have little to no money to spend. Someone please advise.

I have not called the police, because he is in a different county, but I have filed 4 seperate violations of injunction with the Manatee Cty courts and one of the violations went to the state attorney's office and they are not going to press charges. I had a "cyber-stalking" charge on him, but after 150 emails and 125 phone calls within a period of 3 weeks (he was making all of them), Manatee Cty state attorney's feel that it's not enough evidence to procecute. Go figure. Sarasota Cty state attorney dropped his VOP and arrest because Manatee was going to procecute, but now NO ONE is doing anything and he gets to walk free. I also had a felony charge on him for breaking into my home when I was not there and he stole my blackbeery and proceded to call "everyone" and harass them as well as my family, doctors I work for and other professional connections I have. Manatee Cty states attorney is NOT going to procecute him on that either, so he can Break and enter and get away with it! I have proof on all of it. What am I supposed to do?

Yes, the injunction for protection is a "NO CONTACT ORDER!" I was in another hearing today because the "X" boyfriend tried to have it dissolved or modified. I was lucky and the judge still saw it my way and he kept the injunction "PERMANENT!" However, I am trying to get his PO to file a direct VOP. Can anyone assistme in this? I have not heard from the PO and the States Attorneys won't do anything.
Thanks,
