My grandparents are being sued for a large amount of money in a ridiculous sounding law suit. How can I find out the terms/ information about this suit? Aren't all filed lawsuits public record?

Aloha, You can access info to the suit by going to your court , be it circuit or whatever, and take the case number with you as well as the parties involved names In hawaii i have also gotten a lot of help from the clerks at the court house... If you really are in need of serious info grab on to NOLO PRESS it can get you directed to all sorts of INFO... good luck (suits Are NOT FUN!!!!!) ALoha< And God Bless,,,,,
