How can I find out if non custodial parent is on SSI

What is the name of your state? AZ I am currently owed nearly 30,000 in back child support. NCP was recently put on probation but working was not a term of probation. I thought this was unusual and figured maybe he is getting benefits with which he can pay his fees. How can I find out if he does indeed recieve benefits?

What do you mean by SSI?
Supplemental Security Income or Social Security Disability Insurance?
Do you have a signed waiver or subpoena?

Call SSA and ask . If you have minor children and the parent receives SSDI ( from work history) , the children will be entitled to a benefit as well .

If the Parent is not receiving SSDI , SSA might not tell you a thing .
