I hired a marketing firm to obtain medical billing providers on my behalf. I signed a contract stating that a provider would be provided within 180 day or I would be entitled to a full refund. Well, no provided was signed and I have not received my refund either. I have tried calling the company to resolve this, I have also contacted the BBB, they have received no response. The marketing company has a good record with the BBB in resolving any matters.
I would like to know what other steps that I could take to receive my refund that I am fully entitled to. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
