We signed a rent to own agreement with this lady only to find out 6-8 weeks after signing the contract that there is a very strict conventant that we were not aware of if we knew ahead of time we would not have signed this agreement how can we get out of this contract without paying her anymore money we already move and told her we were unhappy with this whole thing.

Well the first thing you have to determine is if there are any provisions within your contract should either the buyer or seller decide not to honor the contract. If not and unless the buyer decides to sue you for damages they may have incurred as a result of you walking away from the contract, then you may be able to walk away from the contract without any significant repercussions. However, it really depends on how your contract is written so review it carefully or hire a legal professional to review it and advise you.
