How can I make my father pay back child support for up to 20yrs.

I haven't seen my father in 20yrs. And Iv'e just meet him and I wan't him to pay back child support for the all them years that he was absent from my life but he refuses to do it he won't even talk to me or try to locate me I live in Columbus Ohio now and he lives in North Carolina all I wan't to know is if I locate him or find out where he is living at now in Carolina can I give the child support office all of the information about him to make him pay will they do it cause I think it is wrong for what he has done to me do all of those that reads this post do you agree with me should I make him pay.

You can not do anything about the CS.. that money, if it was court ordered, was destined for your mother.. only she can pursue this matter.


and no, I do not agree.. you should have concentrated on getting to know him, if that is what you wanted, if not, then to ignore him. You seem bitter and allowing this to screw your life up.. forget it, and him and move on..

I wholeheartedly agree with LB. That child support money is/was not yours, it was your Mothers. If you want to pursue a relationship with this Man, that is your choice. But I probably wouldn't expect too much.
