What is the name of your state? Georgia

I have a neighbor that makes a living out of law suits.

Several members of the community use a portion of my property to travel by way of 4 wheelers and by foot to get from one house to another.

We own a registered Labrador Retriever that is on a run mid way onto our property but not near where the neighbors travel.

I plan on installing a fence but there is some question about where the property lines are.

Will posting "no tresspassing" and "beware of dog" signs cover me?

Would it be good enough to post these signs AND get signed releases of liability from those using my property?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
