I spoke to my daughter's grandmother(who has joint custody of her with her father)I was told that if I didn't tell my daughter that she could NEVER come live with me again that I won't be able to see her....

My X says that if I sleep with him, I can see my daughter more.

My fiance has heard what the grandmother has said...would that stand up in court??

How do I prove what my X is saying???

it's not that we don't want to help you. None of us here are lawyers in Canada or are familiar with Canadian law. We cannot give you appropriate advice without knowing the laws in your country. The best advice we can give you is to consult with a lawyer in your country.

I am sorry that we cannot offer more assistance, it certainly sounds like you have a situation on your hands.

Good luck to you!
