I recieved a call and have to go to court in Texas williamson county to be exact...my ex is in jail (once again picked up for not paying) i think that in the past 15 years i may have recieved 5 payments and they were not full payments. My son and I do not need his money, nor do we want it. all this has ever gotten us is a son and a father that dont even know each other. i just want the order to be stoped and i dont want him to have to pay us anything, not future and not back payments. I just feel that they have both suffered enough. what can i do to stop this????
do I have any legal ground here?

Is this being done through CSE? If it is all you have to do is tell them you're tired of everything and since they aren't doing you any good you don't want their services anymore. If not...I'm not sure how you go about it.
