hello from michigan here and I am wondering if I can do anything about my ex.
She has been playing games and I have tryed everything in my power but I am just sick of it.

First off she took my son out of the state and I then filed a motion to have her bring my son back. She had 21 days and she still hasnt done it. I filed a show cause on her, which I know she wont show up for and she will then have a warrent.
She filed two motions trying to get the support raised and trying to get permission to stay in washington where she is at, but she didnt even show up for the court date. She never shows up for any court dates. I then filed for custody which will go in front of the judge in a month. And she most likely wont show up for this one either. I have gone to every court date and complied with the child support order I am a bit behind but only because she filed for back support for the year after we broke up when there was no support order. But I am up to date on the current support.
I miss my son he is only 2 and I havent seen him sence he was 1 yrs old. She wont send me pictures or anything. she refuses to talk to me because I got the support ammount lowered so as of now I have no contact with my son.
So my question is what are my chances of getting custody of my son who dosent even really know me? And dose his young age hampper my chances? And how do I stop my ex from filing all these motions when she is only doing it to cause problems. I have to take off work and drive two hours to court each time she files one and then she never shows up. My boss is not very pleased with this and I think I might lose my job. Is there anythng I can do?

My response:

File a Motion with the court to have her deemed to be a "vexatious litigant." With her history (which can be attached to your Motion for the court to take "Judicial Notice"), the court may find that, as a pro per party who repeatedly files nonmeritorious pleadings and papers and engages in frivolous or dilatory tactics, is a "vexatious litigant" who, accordingly, may be prohibited from filing new litigation in pro per without first obtaining leave of court.

Then, when she fails to show up for that Motion, your Motion should be granted. Then, once you have those orders, and she files again (with permission of the court) and still fails to appear, she'll be barred from ever filing again without counsel.

Good luck.

Thank you for the information. Could I use a blank motion form to file a motion to have her deemed a vexatious litigiant? Or do I need a certain one?
Also what are my chances with custody?
