How do I, as respondent, finalize the divorce? I filed all paperwork needed by me (the respondent), now she isnt going forward with divorce. I have tried to take over, served her with all copies and served her with papers to fill out, like income deceleration, property deceleration, which is zero for her on both forms, she refuses to sign or return, its been 9 months now. and still no corporation. Id like to finalize with out her. We have no property or income together. Do I file the remaining paperwork without her signature, then set for trial? or default? Please help! Thank you.

What state?

The answer is likely to file a cross- or counter-complaint for divorce. The method for doing so varies by jurisdiction. You may also be able to request a final hearing on the open case; again, that is dependent on jurisdiction.
