The owner of the site gives his home address and everything which is in Atlanta, Georgia. He promotes online gambling. And he even has some guys that are 19 and 20 yrs old gambling on his site with full names , etc. How is this legal? He has also held home texas hold'em games at his house in atlanta. I mean WTF. I thought online gambling was illegal. Thanks.

How is it that you became privy to this information and how are YOU contected to all of this?

I'm not accusing you af anything, but if you have lost money by gambling on this site and are trying to find a way out of being responsible for the debt, this logic won't work. I only say this because there have been many questions from others that want to know if they have a way out of paying a credit card debt because the money was used for internet gambling.

Again, no one is gambling to win or lose money on that site. A 12 year old can take lessons or play games for fun.

AGAIN, that is NOT what the OP stated. The OP stated there ARE people gambling, that's what my answer is based on. Not many people here are going to run all over the internet to find out if the OP is telling the truth, myself included. So, based on the original question, he answer is still the same. The OP has yet to come back and confirm or deny whether or not any actual gambling is going on at the website.
