What is the name of your state? MA

My brother operates several online businesses and is always interested in learning how to improve his marketing, get more traffic, etc. He wanted to sign up for a notification list at alliwantistraffic.com. He also wanted to get on the vip list so he created 10 email accounts under a single domain and enrolled them in the list too.

Next thing he knows (several hours later) someone is spamming people under his domain name. (This is done simply by changing the From: header in the email. Something quite easy to do.)

Unfortunately my brother got spooked by this and it looks like he deactivated and removed the email account under his hosting account. Of course this means very little IMHO as the person who is doing this can continue spamming people but now my brother isn't pestered with blocked spam email messages from various servers. (This person is sending out several emails per minute.)

This person's domain has his WHOIS information protected and there is no contact information on the webpage.

What should he do?

Thanks,
Robione
