I am a foster parent of 2 young girls. Child Protection is trying to dissolve the parents rights. There was a hearing before the judge. The Child Protection Services had a their attormey. The parents each had an attorney and the children had an attorney. It was very apparent that the attorney that was suppose to represent the children was for the parents. Even the states attorney was upset by this attorney. Everyone involved agreed this attorney was not representing the children. If this person is so bad why hasn't someone petitioned the court to remove him/her?
