What is the name of your state? Connecticut.
Okay, I can see I’ll need to rephrase my question in order to get a response. I am owed money by several clients for in excess of $3,500. How do I go about getting a judgment against these people for the money that is owed me? Or more simply, how do I get my money from them?

Go see an attorney to begin an action for recovery. You can't take these to small claims court except the smallest. And once judgement is gained, you can place a judgement lien against the defendent's assets.

That's how you get your money. It ain't easy but it's worth it.
