Can someone tell me how I go about contesting a will? I am an unemployed mother of one and I need to know the cheapest but most accurate way to go about something like this.

How about providing a few basic facts about your situation. What reason do you have to believe that the will should be contested? What is the value of the estate? Are you the only heir or are there other siblings?
