What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
I am pretty sure my X got remarried, I would like to get out of this alimony, alot of things are adding up to her being remarreid but I need to make sure.

Call every county in the country. Ask whether or not she got a marriage license there and if it was then filed after the marriage.

Many places don't put marriage licenses on line by the way. And just getting a marriage license doesn't mean that a marriage took place.
Quite true.

Colorado used to have a site with marriage dates and full names. Also divorce dates and full names. Most useful and interesting.

It was taken down a year or so ago, due to privacy issues/concerns. ;)
