How do I evict a tenant from hell?

How do I evict a tenant who is always late in payment, verbally abusive, harrasses/threatens my family over the phone, and refuses to move out?
-Recently caused property damage to the house they were renting by causing an electrical fire. They gave me a $1000 check which bounced-then called me and began harrassing me and expecting me to pay for a home that they can live in.
What action can I take against them for all of this and most of all how do I get them to leave?

You have to go down to the court house and file for a 3 day eviction for violations (rent unpaid, damage, harassment ect). Its not easy and you will have to do the work all by yourself. But that is how you would do it legally so you dont get into any trouble. :0)
