How do i evict squatters?

I am closing on rental property in 60 days. The current occupants have no agreement with the owner, do not pay rent, and their identities are unknown. I believe contractual interest allows me to begin eviction proceedings. Who do I file against? How do I make legal service? I have handled many evictions without legal representation, but never one with squatters.
The property is located in Clay county, Missouri.
