How do I file a claim?

How do I file an out of state claim in Ohio, small claims court?
I live in TN, is it possible?
Does anyone know how to do this type of thing?

Contact the court in Ohio and ask if they will accept a complaint by mail (and what notarizing, etc. would be required).

However, you would have to travel to Ohio on your court date to present your case.
