How do I find a Renters Landlord?

Been dealing with an obnoxios Neighbor for 8 months now.He's turning up his Stereo and the bass is just pounding my walls,this goes on almost every day and at all hours.I called the police last night,he stopped,but today he's at his same tune again.I was told by the police to file a complaint,wich I will do tomorrow,but I also want to inform his Landlord.How would I go about finding out where he lives? Try the buildings department and ask where the deeds are.

Or public records, the city tax dept. the deed will have the owners name on it.
