What is the name of your state? Florida

Nearly 2 years ago, I signed a Settlement Agreement with my sister (our dads estate) which included distributions and transfer of some property to me. She, as executor, has dragged her feet through many aspects of the agreement, and I've had to threaten to sue to get the distribtuions, but the property transfer lingers on and I'm not comfortable if she is doing much.

How do I find out the statute of limitations on a Settlement Agreement in Florida - is it 2 years, or 4 years or longer?

Would be willing to wait, but do now wnat to loose any legal right relative to enforcing agreement.
Thank you.
