Hello,
Appreciate of some legal help and correct advice for my above IP and Business queries would be highly thankful. Are there any crucial time frames / strategies that needs to be acknowledged from the initial sketch designs and creations to the manufacturing or making of the products?

Cheers,
Tash

Any creative and original works are automatically protected under copyright laws. Nothing needs to be done to have this protection although in the US federal registration of the work offers additional protection from infringement in the form of statutory awards for damages.

For copyright laws in the US, you can visit the US Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov

For trademark laws in the US, you can visit the US Patent and Trademark Office website at https://www.uspto.gov

For international copyright and trademark laws, you can visit the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) at https://www.wipo.org

Intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret) laws vary in significant ways from country to country. You should first look at the laws of your own country as it will (generally) be under your country's laws in your country's courts that most legal actions concerning you and your works will originate.

Good luck.
