My girlfriend and I were together for 7 years but never married. She refuses to put my name on the birth cert. I would like my name on there. Even though I am in the Marines right now I plan to be out in about 2 years and be part of there lives. She will not go to a lawyar with me-even if I pay and refuses to sign the papers. What can I do?
